Hello everybody .Today, my speech is about “The place where the dream started”.

It’s well known that Chinese women volleyball team is one of the most powerful teams in the world. The team has got seven champions for our country. The first prize was won in 1981, and then in 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games the first gold medal arrived.

众所周知中国女排是世界上最强大的队伍之一。这支队伍为我们国家赢得了7次冠军。第一次是在1981年，随后在1984年的洛杉矶奥运会上赢得了第一枚金牌。

After 20 years, the history took place again! What great achievement!It was the sign of the times. The whole nation takes pride thanks to the glory for our motherland.

Furthermore, the team represents our national spirits to the world---adamancy, cooperation as well as the motto never give up. We Chinese are no longer to be sick men of East Asia.

There are many famous members in the team, such as Lang Ping, Feng Kun, Zhou Suhong and so on. In the past four years, they undergo pains-taking practice and grow up to be the best one in the whole world.They won the Bronze Medal in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.Now，they are having a training in Chengzhou Hunan.

这支队伍中很多非常出名的运动员，像郎平，冯坤，周苏红等等。在过去的四年中，他们承受了一些痛苦-- 训练直至成为世界之最。他们在2008年的北京奥运会中赢得了铜牌。现在，他们在湖南的郴州集训。

16 beautiful young girls started their training life in the national team. They know that they are expected to get good grades, so they should work hard to reach the goal. As an old saying goes,” As long as the effort of deep, iron bars, to ground into a needle.” I believe they can get gold medals in the 2012 London Olympic Games.
